Rescheduling is flexible if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, with no charges. For cancellations within 24 hours, a 75% fee applies. Within 3 hours or no-shows, the fee is 100%. Remember, arriving over 15 minutes late counts as a no-show.
We recommend arriving at least 5-10 minutes early for your appointment so that we can have a brief consultation to discuss your massage goals and plan for your treatment. This time will allow us to gather information about any specific areas of concern or discomfort, as well as any preferences you may have for your massage.
